Outline of Treatment approach:

Area of speciality: Current thesis title on issues of spirituality and meaning and how this impacts on mental wellbeing of clients and practitioners. I use an integrated approach to working with clients and have many years of community counselling experience both in Australia and overseas.

I use creative techniques and forms of inquiry to explore mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
