I am passionate and committed to helping people develop the skills they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives.  As a psychologist and psychotherapist I assist individuals, couples and families wishing to change their lives. I use a variety of techniques to help people identify more helpful and effective ways of managing their emotions and thoughts to facilitate more rewarding relationships with themselves and others.     

I have worked as a Psychologist for the past 12 years in the areas of mental health, education, employment, disability, psychological assessment and private practice.  Throughout my career, I have treated individuals, couples and families with serious mental illness as well as general psychological problems of a more common nature.  I also develop and facilitate a variety of individually tailored workshops and training for groups and organisations.
