Outline of Treatment approach:

I am a registered psychologist with extensive experience in treating people with anxiety disorders and depression both in community health and as a consultant to PADA (Panic, Anxiety and Depression Assistance). I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as I have found this treatment to be very effective. However, I am flexible and will adapt treatment to each individual client’s need. I also have training in family therapy and grief counselling. I am a member of the Counselling College of the Australian Psychological Society.
