By identifying the factors underlying your depression, anxiety or other debilitating issues, you will learn strategies to help you change the way you think, feel and respond. I use counselling, cognitive behaviour therapy, hypnosis, and other therapies to help my clients deal more effectively with the problems impeding their lives.
